Hi my name is Michael Christy and I am here to tell ya'll about God and what he has done in my life. God came into my life when I was 11 years old. I was at home in the bathroom wondering about my future. I worried about my life, what it would be like for me when I grew up. I mostly worried about what kind of situations life would bring. I felt God's presence even at such a young age and I knew that I needed God in my heart. I asked the Lord to save me, he did, and it was then that he changed my life and helped me to know him. I am grateful for my salvation and that I haved been saved for almost nine years.

  Ever since God came into my heart he helped me experience many things in life. When I was fifteen years old God had me to go to a church that's called "Landmark Ministries." I have been going to this church for eight years now. I got baptized in the name of Jesus when I was 19 years old. After God had Pastor Mike Sales to baptize me, God sent me to help out in a home bible studies ministry.

  This home bible study is seperate from the church I attend. This home bible study is called "Ruby Two's-days." What we do on Ruby Two's-Days is, we get on the internet of our computers and we talk about God and how God heals, and helps people through life and we fellowship with each other and with the Holy Spirit.

  Although I don't recall the exact date I met our new friend in Christ, I know I will never forget the events of the day I met Brother Michael.

  It was late in the year of 2005 that my son Joe Jr. got a ride home from school, from his friend that he had previously mentioned to me about. Joe Jr. came inside and asked if I wanted to meet his friend Michael; I immediately responded with a, "maybe some other time." Then Joe Jr. reminded me of him by saying, "it's my Christian friend that I told you about." I was still not sure about meeting him just yet, when the Holy Spirit prompted me to go ahead and meet him. After meeting Michael and talking to him a bit, I could tell God sent him to us to help with our ministry, as well as, help with family matters.

  Brother Michael has helped our ministry for some time now and I praise God for his dedication to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and for helping us to keep it simple and real. Thanks Brother Michael for all your hard work in the Lord.
